To apply offline, visit any Common Service Center (CSC) near you with all necessary documents such as identity proof like PAN Card/Passport/Voter id card/Driving License/Aadhar Card etc., bank passbook showing account number along with IFSC code or Kisan Credit Card.

Once your application has been submitted successfully either online or offline mode , it will take up to 30 days for verification from concerned authorities after which successful applicants will receive their pension scheme certificate via post.
